Well, my apologies for not getting my Friday WOD up.  Back in action today with the first WOD of February.  Six sets of work at 45 seconds with 15 seconds break between sets.

• Squat
• Close Hand Push-Up
• Wide Stance Contralateral Toe Touch
• Knee to Chest
• Bicycle
• Reverse Lunge w/ Overhead Reach
