You're going to do 6 minutes of continuous work, completing as many rounds as possible of these exercises:

•10 Side Lunges with Toe Touch
•15 Bicycles
•20 Mountain Climbers

Remember to start reading tomorrow - be ready to give up on aerobic exercise!
