•Wide Squat
•Knee to Chest
•X Climber
•Bent Over Alternating DB Row
•Side Lunge with Toe Touch
•Sprint (in place if necessary)
Do each exercise for 45 seconds and take 15 seconds break between sets. Here's the timer.
